ONLINE STORE

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing errors, product availability issues or misuse of our website.

PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY

We make every reasonable effort to display our products, colours, designs and sizing accurately.

Actual colours may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings, manufacturing process or product materials.

Product availability is subject to change without notice. We may limit quantities, discontinue products or modify product offerings at any time.

Many Rink Rat products are produced specifically after an order is placed. Production times are generally 3–7 business days, unless otherwise stated on the applicable product page.

Production time is separate from shipping time.

PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, product information, promotional or typographical errors.

If an error affects an order you have already placed, we may contact you before fulfilling the order or cancel and refund the affected item where appropriate.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated or displayed during checkout.

ORDERS

Providing accurate contact, billing and shipping information is the customer's responsibility.

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout, particularly product sizes, colours, quantities and shipping information.

Because some products enter production shortly after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled once production has begun.

SHIPPING

Shipping and delivery estimates are provided as estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Some products may be produced or fulfilled from different locations. As a result, an order containing multiple products may arrive in separate shipments.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Eligible returns are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy.

Regular-priced, non-custom merchandise may generally be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided it meets our return conditions.

Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable.

TEAM COLLABS & CUSTOM PRODUCTS

Products created specifically for a team, organization, event or custom collaboration may be considered custom merchandise.

Unless defective or incorrectly produced, custom and team-specific merchandise is final sale.

Team names, logos, crests and other materials provided to Rink Rat for a collaboration remain the property of their respective owners.

By providing a logo, crest, name, artwork or other material for customization, the person or organization providing it represents that they have the necessary permission or authority for Rink Rat to use that material for the requested products.

RINK RAT DESIGNS & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise indicated, the Rink Rat Hockey Co. name, branding, original graphics, apparel designs, photographs, website content and other original creative materials are owned by or licensed to Rink Rat Hockey Co.

They may not be copied, reproduced, resold, modified, distributed or used commercially without permission.

Purchasing a Rink Rat product does not transfer ownership of the artwork, branding or intellectual property associated with that product.

PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNT CODES

Promotions, discount codes and special offers may be subject to additional conditions and expiration dates.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined.

We reserve the right to modify or end promotions where permitted by law.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our store may rely on third-party providers for services such as payment processing, production, fulfillment and shipping.

Those providers may process information or provide services necessary to complete your transaction.

Rink Rat Hockey Co. is not responsible for independent third-party websites or services outside our reasonable control.
